Short: Procession Engine is a tug-of-war roguelike. Build a belt of cards, field an army of strange races, and push the lane until something breaks.
Long: Procession Engine is a single-player roguelike about winning a war of momentum. Cards ride a moving belt and must be played before they slide off the end. Spent well, they become units, buildings, and spells: an army that marches itself down a single lane toward the enemy stronghold while the enemy's army marches back. Every fight is a tipping point; the player's job is to find the moment the push turns.
Runs are built between fights. Chart a route through each act, draft from 239 cards, collect over 300 relics, and upgrade blueprints until a handful of units becomes a procession. Three playable races anchor the card pool: the Bloomwardens, living groves that bury the lane in growth; the Iron Concord, machines that grind forward one piston-stroke at a time; and the HollowChoir, a congregation of the departed that hoards souls and spends them. After the first victory, ten Trials of ascending difficulty reshape the war.
Not Applicable Games is an independent studio with one operating rule: making games fast is not the point. AI tooling keeps production lean, and the time it frees up goes where it counts, into design and playtesting, until the game is genuinely fun. Procession Engine is the studio's first title, built in Unity over a long series of playtest-and-rework passes.
